The name of this particular DLC makes it quite obvious what it’s all about. The Sims 4: Island Living expansion focuses entirely on life as it is on a new island. Your Sims are all people new to this island and are here to lead a new life, away from all the drama of the city. In this expansion, there’s an entirely new world to make the most out of, which is the island of Sulani. Sulani is filled with all kinds of wonderful people, scenery, and culture, and as a result, it brings a lot to the table in The Sims 4: Island Living DLC.
The first thing to know about is life itself. One somewhat different aspect introduced in The Sims 4: Island Living DLC is survival by any (legal) means. This means that your Sims can either find a proper source of income on the island, or they can find odd jobs to get some money and hunt for fish and other animals for food. There are lots of other noteworthy things as well in The Sims 4: Island Living expansion, with some of the main ones being the inclusion of new activities.
Sims can have all kinds of fun on beaches. The Sims 4: Island Living expansion pack lets you play around in the sand, go for a swim, ride boats, and even explore the island in full to learn more about its history and uncover very interesting secrets. There’s even the option to meet a mermaid if you know how to but all of that is when you start finally settling in. The Sims 4: Island Living DLC also adds lots of new cosmetics to match Sulani’s culture, while featuring events like barbeques and parties as well.
